What will I learn?
Level Two Food Technology involves the application of a technology process to develop food products to meet the requirements of student-developed briefs. The course will also enable students to develop skills and knowledge of food chemistry, product development and sensory evaluation techniques, food trends and influences, design and production. Students will research and identify a need or opportunity to provide the focus for their major project, which will be determined by them. Students will present their research and development, as a portfolio alongside the construction of their products.
