This our space where we have collected induction, safe-use information for our students and families to share and use.
Science
Students in all Level 1 Science Courses (Bio1, Che1, Phy1 and Sci1) will complete an induction at the start of the course by completing this Lab Safety worksheet below
This induction worksheet will be done by the students and signed off by their course teachers.
Teachers will then log the results of this onto KAMAR as a record that you have completed the Lab Safety induction
Technology
Students using specialist spaces in Technology are required to complete an induction before working with tools and equipment in these spaces.
All students must gain 100% on their quiz to pass the induction and be allowed to start practical work.
The test will be done individually by the students and signed off by their course teachers.
Teachers will then log the results of this onto KAMAR as a record that you have successfully completed the relevant induction.
