Where would this course lead to?

This course leads to Level 2 and 3 Food Technology, and Hospitality and Culinary, then onto further study for a wide range of careers: Food Technologist, Food Engineer, Microbiologist, Chef, Nutritionist etc.

What are the course costs?

$80 plus some specialist ingredients may need to be provided. Students are also required to have flat, black, closed leather shoes.
