STUDENT LEADER APPLICATION FORM

If you would like to apply for a position of student leader at OSC in 2018, please complete this form by 9am, Wednesday 1 November.

 (The date on the form below shows 30 October - this has been extended to Wed 1 November)

If you would like to know more about the student leader roles, please talk to any of the current student leaders.

This year we had 4 main focus groups:

• Student Participation (eg Spirit day and lunch time activities)

• Student learning (eg peer tutoring, library etc)

• Caring for others (eg 40 hour famine, blood drive etc)

• School culture (eg leaver’s brunch, OSCA nights)

There are many other opportunities and as a leader you may want to initiate other events.
