Student Years 9 - 13 Travel Survey Instructions

This survey needs to be completed by each year 9-13 student once within the survey week.

1.     Click on the link supplied to you by your Travelwise Lead teacher.

This will take you directly to the survey. Students will need to fill in the survey individually. You can have one or more survey links open at the same time.

press the  >>  button once (bottom right of the page) once they have answered all questions. They will need to make sure that all compulsory sections are complete before they are able to submit their survey.

Staff Survey Instructions 

Your school has a Safe School Travel Plan that aims to make student’s journeys to school active, social, safe and sustainable.  Regular surveys of student’s mode of travel to school are an important part of monitoring the effectiveness of your Safe School Travel Plan.  In order to ensure that we are in a position to support the whole school community, we are undertaking a short survey to establish any staff concerns.  We would be grateful if you could complete the following survey.

Addresses asked for in the survey are used to establish the amount and patterns of travel to and from school so we can monitor how they are affected by the school travel plan. All information will be kept strictly confidential.

The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
