What should I have already achieved?
Entry Requirement: Automatic - Minimum 12 credits in Level Two Applied Design
OR Provisional - 12 credits Level Two Applied Design
OR TIC approval.
What will I learn?
You will learn practical and theoretical skills to enable you to solve design problems. You will explore the nature of technology and its impact on both users and society.  A key part of this course is learning to work with a client and interpret their into a 3 dimensional form.
How will this course be assessed?
It is recommended that you will submit work totalling XXXXXX credits. Work will be developed using a portfolio throughout the year. The external standards are also developed during the year and will be submitted to NZQA in Term 4. 
Will there be any FAO?  (Further Assessment Opportunities)
Due to the nature of the course FAO will not be available. Students will be offered formative assessment to help them reach the level required for Level 3.

What are the course costs?
$60 to cover materials and consumables
